The ONLINE BACKUP service from CORE CONCEPTS

runs a daily fully automated offsite backup of your important files and data. This allows you to dedicate your valuable time to your business instead of dealing with IT issues.

A qualified Engineer will visit your premises and take care of the software installation and configuration of your backup solution.

After the installation you are guided through the selection of files and folders containing your important data. This will only need to be done once durin the Engineers visit, but it is possible to change the selection later on when needed.

Once the solution is in place, the schedule will be set to carry out a backup at a set time each day. After encryption and compression your files are sent to our offsite servers through a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)connection.

From that moment on, a daily (incremental) backup will be made of all new and changed files. This on a time of the day determined by yourself.
